fix(adk): avoid logging stream cleanup as errors - #626

Handle GeneratorExit and asyncio.CancelledError inside ADK stream tracing so sub-agent delegation closes spans normally while preserving global SpanImpl behavior and re-raising cleanup signals. Add VCR-backed delegation coverage for both supported ADK versions and focused core coverage for BaseException logging. Fixes #620
